Match Day Response Security Officer - London

Position: Match Day Response Security Officer

Hourly Rate: 

Response Security Officer: £14.00 - £15.69 * (*hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay)

 Response Security Officer (with L2 Spectator Safety Qualification): £15.00 - £16.81 * (*hourly rate inclusive of holiday pay)

We are looking for new Match Day Response Security Officers who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe at a stadium in London.

An SIA Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.

Duties include:

• Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
• Ingress control.
• Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
• Conflict management
• Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
• Report any anti-social and suspicious behaviour.
• Egress control.
• Directing customers around the site.

Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervision Licence
• L2 or L3 Spectator Safety Certificate or willingness to achieve this qualification (training will be provided by FGH Training free of charge)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation
• Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to stay vigilant to security risks
• Comfortable working in busy spaces.

If successful, you will be subject to security screening in accordance with BS7858:2019.
