About The Role

Position: Security Supervisor (Night Time Economy)

Salary: £25,028 - £27,000 Per Annum

Schedule: 40 hours per week (30/10 split front line hours and admin work)

Office Location: Office Unit 2, FGH Security, Empress Business Center, 380 Chester Rd, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M16 9EA

We are looking for a new Night Time Economy  Security Supervisor who champions our values to join the Operations team.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in the night time economy and understand the significance of representing the client's brand while providing excellent customer service.

A minimum of 4 years of experience supervising or managing security teams is preferred for this role.
 

Main Duties

  • Scheduling: Manage schedules and holidays, ensuring seamless coverage and operational efficiency. Receiving requests from Area/Contract Managers and acting fast and accordingly
  • Recruitment leadership: Play a key role in selecting top-tier security talent, ensuring the best fit for our team
  • Training: Lead comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs, fostering a culture of excellence and readiness
  • Customer meetings: NTE Supervisor will be expected to meet with General Managers to discuss any issues, review incidents and discuss the teams performance

Essential for the role

  • SIA  Door Supervision Licence
  • Full Driving Licence for more than 2 years with less than 6 points
  • 4 years of security experience in the night time economy (i.e.: bars, pubs, clubs)
  • Willing to travel between regions
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
