Security Supervisor - Night Time Economy

Position: Security Supervisor - Night Time Economy 

Rate: £27,000 Per Annum

Schedule: 40 hours per week (30/10 split front line hours and admin work)

Location: Yorkshire

Main Duties:

• Scheduling: Manage schedules and holidays, ensuring seamless coverage and operational efficiency. Receiving requests from Area/Contract Managers and acting fast and accordingly.

• Recruitment leadership: Play a key role in selecting security talent, ensuring the best fit for our team.

• Training: Lead comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs, fostering a culture of excellence and readiness.

• Customer meetings: NTE Supervisor will be expected to meet with General Managers to discuss any issues, review incidents and discuss the teams performance.

Requirements:

• 4 years of security experience in the night time economy (i.e.: bars, pubs, clubs).
• Willing to travel between regions.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail.
