We are looking for customer service focused Door Supervisors/Close Protection Officers who champion our values to work at high profile events in London.
You will be working at premieres, red carpets, executive boxes/lounges within entertainment and stadia sectors, these events can attract media and public attention - the ideal candidate is well suited to these environments.
We deploy our highly trained security teams to blend seamlessly into the customer experience providing effective safety and security for patrons and employees.
A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required for this role.
Your main duties will include:
- Film and copyright protection. Manage anti-piracy with the use of state of the art equipment to ensure the protection of content during events.
- Front and backstage/back-of-house entry search and guest list admittance.
- Assess the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with policies/legal requirements.
- Ensuring the venue operates to a safe capacity and crowds are dispersed appropriately.
- Patrolling the venue and undertaking occasional physical searches of guests.
- Requiring guests to leave the venue and/or refusing entry to guests when behaviour/suitability is not in line with house-rules/policies. On occasions, this may require physical intervention.
- Protection of assets.
- Discreet security services.
- Risk Mitigation.
- Reporting and recording details of incidents, searches and patrol.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- Experience in the security industry (preferred).
