Position: Security Area Manager – Dublin
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum
Schedule: Full-Time, 45 hours per week (schedule includes evenings and weekends)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Area Manager who aligns with our core values to lead and develop our Dublin operations. This position plays a key role in driving regional operations, supporting our existing customer base, and contributing to the continued growth and development of the business.
If successful, you will take ownership of day-to-day regional operations, act as a point of contact for our customers, recruit, develop and lead our frontline teams.
The ideal candidate will need proven experience within the security industry, with a strong understanding of the security guarding and retail security sectors in the Republic of Ireland. Experience or knowledge of additional sectors, including events and hospitality, would be advantageous in supporting future expansion opportunities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalise schedules for our current sites at least 6 weeks in advance.
- Manage and lead meetings with our customers, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
- Conduct standards and compliance checks for sites, frontline team members, and complete associated documentation.
- Recruit, onboard and induct new team members for your assigned sites.
- Support business development activity and identify opportunities for growth within the region.
- Oversee ongoing training and development of the frontline team.
- Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner, providing leadership during critical situations.
- Uphold and drive exceptional standards across all operations.
About You:
- Hold a valid PSA Security Guarding licence.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Proven experience managing security teams.
- Strong understanding of security guarding and retail security operations withing the Republic of Ireland.
- Knowledge or experience in additional sectors such as events or hospitality security is advantageous.
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legal processes, industry regulations, and associated customer expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in various software tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
