We are seeking to put together an internal 'customer success' team for our front line, ensuring they are provided with all that they need to be happy and successful at FGH as well as meet the needs of our functional services like Finance, Compliance and HR that enable us to deliver our world class services.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the ground-up creation of a new team within the FGH Group structure. • Refine processes alongside the Resourcing Manager, embedding continuous improvement
  • Become the experts in navigating and updating our workforce management system
  • Where possible, support operational management with short notice requirements and absences
  • Attend the monthly Help Hub at Regional Offices (last Wednesday of each month 17:00-19:00) where employees can drop in for a face to face session with operational management and central resourcing
  • From time to time, support with inductions and other employee engagement tasks
