Security Contract Manager

Position: Security Contract Manager

Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 Per Annum (depending on experience)

Location: Manchester 

Hours: 40 hours per week, based around office hours with some evening, weekend and occasional night working

We are looking for someone who passionately champions our values, to join our team as a Contract Manager.

As the Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the security operations across two large high-profile sites comprising of distribution and office environments. You will lead a team of approximately 30 security professionals including both permanent and relief officers.  

You will ensure our customer receives a professional, compliant, and market-leading security service.

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential for this role.

Main Duties:

• Manage the day-to-day security operations across two high-profile client sites.
• Create, maintain and continuously improve site-specific documentation, procedures and operational processes.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication, monthly governance meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver against agreed contractual KPIs and ensure compliance with internal and client auditing requirements.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of around 30 security professionals, promoting high performance and engagement.
• Oversee training compliance and work closely with clients to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve security operations through innovation and best practice.
• Support the effective management of security systems, including CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with the wider facilities management team to deliver added value and exceed client expectations.

About You:

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience managing security contracts or multi-site security operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A strong understanding of security operations, compliance, and industry best practice.

Qualifications:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
