Salary: £45,000 Contracted Per Annum (plus potential for paid overtime)

We are currently seeking a Head Door Supervisor who champions our values to join our team in London.
As a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a great experience.
With 3-4 door supervisors under your lead, you'll be the key player ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in the night time economy and understand the significance of representing the client's brand, whilst providing excellent customer service.
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing security teams is required for this role.
Your main duties will include:
- Strategic oversight: Supervise the deployment and service delivery of our security team, maintaining vigilance over venue targets and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Scheduling: Manage schedules and holidays, ensuring seamless coverage and operational efficiency. Receiving requests from Operations Manager, General Manager of the venue and acting fast and accordingly.
- Equipment excellence: Take ownership of equipment maintenance, ordering, and accountability, from radios to incident books, ensuring readiness for any scenario.
- Incident resolution: Handle on-site incidents decisively, minimising escalation and swiftly restoring order.
- Recruitment leadership: Play a key role in selecting top-tier security talent, ensuring the best fit for our team.
- Training: Lead comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs, fostering a culture of excellence and readiness.
- Customer meetings: The Head Door is expected to meet with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager 1x per week to review the previous week, plan the week ahead, order any equipment and review incidents.
- Performance evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and appraisals to drive continuous improvement within our security team.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Extensive experience in the security industry, specifically in the night time economy sector.
- A minimum of 3 years experience managing/ leading security teams.
