Position: Retail Security Officer - Manchester

Location: Arndale Shopping Centre

Hourly Rate:  £12.60 - £14.12* (* pay rate inclusive of holiday pay)

Schedule: Ad-hoc

We are seeking experienced and professional Security Officers with a natural talent for retail security to join us in Keeping People Safe in Manchester.

JD Sports, Swatch, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Russel & Bromley enlist our highly trained security teams to provide excellent customer service and comprehensive protection of assets in their stores.

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required for this role.

Your main duties will include:

• Provide a strong, visible security presence at store entrances and within the store.
• Prevent theft, deter anti-social behaviour, and handle incidents in a professional manner.
• Liaise with store management and police when necessary.
• Carry out bag checks and stop-and-search procedures when appropriate.
• Manage entry/exit points and conduct routine patrols.
  
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and other security incidents.
