Position: Security Contract Manager
Package: £39,456.36 Per Annum, Company Vehicle
Location: London
Hours: 48 hours over 5 days a week, based around office hours with some evening, weekend and occasional night working

We are looking for someone who passionately champions our values, to join our team as a Contract Manager.
Mission:
To work across a major national security guarding contract, acting as the direct line manager for up to 5 security supervisors and 30 security officers.
You will ensure our customer receives a professional, compliant, and market-leading security service.
Main Duties:
· Supporting in the recruitment and selection of new security officers.
· Training new team members.
· Continuous proactive approach to safety.
· Must be able to quickly respond professionally to incidents, including a comprehensive report for leadership teams.
· Identification and retention of talent within your team.
· Taking a proactive role in developing individuals and driving improvements and change.
· Ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement across your area of responsibility.
· Write and maintain site-specific assignment instructions for your security team.
· Maintaining and reporting on agreed key performance indicators.
· Roster design and scheduling, including absence management and holiday planning, arranging, or providing emergency cover.
· Site visits to team members including welfare and compliance checks.
· Uniform order, management, and standards checks.
· Performance appraisals of supervisory team members and officers, when required.
· Display a positive and supportive leadership approach to motivate and develop your team.
· Adopt a problem-solving approach to security, crime prevention and all team issues.
· Being the primary point of contact for front line team members to resolve issues.
· Ability to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with a variety of stakeholders including British Transport Police.
Additional Requirements:
· You will be expected to work some weekends and evenings.
· You will be expected to travel between sites and support other areas during leave periods as the role requires.
· You be required to be on call for emergencies once every three weeks.

Qualifications:
· Driving Licence: You will also be expected to travel between sites and support other areas during leave periods as the role requires.
· SIA Door Supervision Licence.
